When collecting passengers our drivers are trained to meet you at a specific point, such as the ticket barrier of a station, a customer exit or the customs barrier.
However, if you are arranging collection from a cinema, restaurant or theatre, our telephonist will arrange an exact meeting point where you will find your designated driver. To avoid confusion our driver will have your name on a board and will also display a Meadway identification badge. You can therefore be doubly sure that you have been met by a driver from Meadway.
We are also able take bookings or find passengers using What3words.
We have a choice of saloon (sedan), estate (station wagon) or MPV (6, 7 and 8 seater). All you need to do is state your preference at time of booking. (Please note that estate cars and MPVs incur a supplemental cost.)Back to top

In the unlikely event of a delay due to circumstances beyond our control, the closest alternative vehicle will be re-routed to ensure that we are on time, every time!
