We have made some exciting changes to our online booking page: we've simplified the process massively and added some incredibly useful features such as postcode search, instant price estimates, personal log, ride history and favourite journeys, to save you time when booking them again.
Firstly, you will need to register, which will take about 2 minutes and will allow you to book instantly (you will only need to register once). Registering AND booking a ride now takes less time than just booking a ride using our old booking forms! With the new forms you can even book multiple destinations and return journeys with just a few clicks, which will save valuable time.
Account customers will need to contact our office by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org to create a user name and login. Account customers will find our new booking forms even more useful; you will be able to create other users within your account as well as being able to see the journeys by user or department.
Our OFFICE opening hours are now 6am to midnight Monday to Friday and 07:30 to midnight on Saturdays and Sundays, however we are able to arrange transport 24hrs a day so long as you book it within our office hours by phone or online.
Please note that we are only able to recieve and confirm bookings by phone or online bookings during office hours, For example - you are still able to book a 2 am or a 5 am journey to the airport so long as you call us or book online at during our new office hours.
SAFE TRAVEL / COVID SAFETY
Transport for London have made the wearing of face coverings mandatory for both passengers and drivers in Private Hire vehicles unless they have an exemption, they also advise that passengers enter and leave vehicles via the left rear door, to travel with the window open if possible,and to pay by credit or debit card if you don't have a credit account with us.
All drivers have recieved advice on how to maintain the safety and hygeine of their vehicle, please do not make a booking if you or anyone in your party are experiencing Covid symptoms!STAY SAFE!

Please check prior to booking, how many hours you must leave between the time of booking and the collection (PLEASE NOTE: To check availability with shorter notice please call our 24hr booking line as we may have availability). When booking online, you MUST receive confirmation for your booking to be valid.

However, due to the nature of road travel, traffic conditions, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances this is not always possible. We ask for your co-operation and understanding when delays may occur. Filling in, submitting or printing one of our booking forms does not constitute a written contract between the user and Meadway. You MUST receive confirmation for your booking to be valid.
