In the unlikely event of a delay due to circumstances beyond our control, the closest alternative vehicle will be re-routed to ensure that we are on time, every time! Please note; for executive services we do ask that you allow two hours notice from the time of your booking.

A comprehensive executive service, it offers you, the client, a prestigious service tailored to meet your individual needs. Your driver will be in place at the specified collection point at least 15 minutes before your required collection time in order to guarantee that none of your time is wasted. Our code is our commitment Drivers will be impeccably dressed and courteous at all times. Our executive cars are valeted daily. As a security measure, our drivers are issued with Meadway identification badges. Journeys will be carefully pre-planned according to your specifications and destination. Discretion of the highest standard is always guaranteed regarding and conversations overhead, business or personal matters. Meadway's Control Centre checks all arrival times in advance (flights etc.) to ensure a punctual and efficient service. On your arrival, you will be greeted by your driver, who will be carrying a clear identification board. Drivers will be equipped with mobile phones for your convenience at a nominal charge.
